My 233 assignment is gonna kill me. Sob I can't get half of it to work, no matter what I do!

Just as saying sweet things to plants makes them grow better, saying sweet things to your code makes it work better.

@Ju-chan: I gave up. Sob It's due tomorrow at midnight and I can't even get half of it to work. I'm doomed to fail.

@Insectie: I wish, but no, no it doesn't.

*sigh* my aunt is all pissed off at me, because I want to be a teacher and not a freaking doctor or something. But on the flip side, my dad just pulled me aside and said, "My sister is just a nutcase." And it made me smile and I feel better.

Nothing wrong with being a teacher. Someone's gotta teach the next generation of doctors. Smile

Exactly! The pay sucks in most places, but I think I'd be happy doing it. Happiness is more important than money.

Nod She doesn't have to live with your decision. You're the one who has to go to work every day.

Yep. She's just miserable. She needs something to brag about. She flits around like she's made of money and she only owns a small insurance company in a tiny town in Kansas, mostly occupied by Hispanics.

In other words, she likes to feel important even though she's not.

Exactly~

She has three kids of her own, so I don't why I bother her so much. One is probably going to go play softball at college next year. I quit softball in high school. Her middle one is very smart, a lot like me and who knows what the youngest is going to end up doing.

lol I'll be in a hotel room. XD

But I really don't mind as long as my aunt isn't all nutso and her and my dad don't fight. You never know how she's going to be and you never know how annoyed my dad will get with her after awhile.

So I'm hanging around a forum on Gaia and this guy keeps going on about how he hates books and will never read one. I know some people don't like reading, but still... He says "reading's boring" and then I point out that in order to post on Gaia, he has to read the posts. Razz

lol exactly.

I have a friend who doesn't like reading although she is a fantastic writer herself. It's kind of crazy in a way.

I truly believe there's a book out there for everyone. Sometimes, you just have to look for it, ya know?

Aw, you're getting sick too? That stinks.

Drink some tea with lemon and honey. Honey is a natural antibiotic and lemon is a natural decongestant. Also, tea makes your throat feel better.
