Bankotsu chuckled and shook his head, "Just kidding. I seriously need to find another woman soon though. Gettin' the need." He hiccupped.

Saix smiled slightly, deciding to give the Nocturne the benefit of the doubt, "Of course, it sounds like a good plan."

Riku's eyes narrowed at the auburn haired girl. "All this time you had a cell phone with you? And I've been running around trying to chase the both of you down when I could have just simply called you? Thanks a lot."

"Well, if you'd tried, you would've gotten a hold of me." Kairi stuck out her tongue playfully at her friend. "So I guess it's all settled. You and Sora can go to the demon lairs, and I can go with these guys to see the shrine."

Sora nodded. "Great!" Then paused. "Wait, I don't have my cell phone on--" Kairi threw one at him. "Oh. You brought extras. Thanks." He grinned at her and then turned to Riku. "Let's get going."

Inuyasha put his hands on his hips, "Hope you don't slow us down girlie."

Kagome glared at him, "Inuyasha....."

Inuyasha gulped, "...yes?"

Kagome smirked, "SIT BOY!!!" The enchanted necklace glowed and sent him promptly face-first into the ground.

[By demon lairs I meant Naraku's, Koga's or run into Sesshy...XD]

Jakotsu promptly gave his opinion. "Gross~ Honestly brother, you could do sooo much better than a frail useless woman. Just imagining you with one of them gives me goose flesh. Blech!" They were getting closer to where hed left Inuyasha group. Just a while longer before theyd reach them.

Demyx brightened, and grabbed the blunettes arm pulling him along as he kept his eyes peeled, looking for the next person.

Bankotsu rolled his eyes, "Well stop imagining it then. Why are you thinking about my tan ass anyways?" He hiccuped.

Saix blushed and kept his eyes peeled then he heard something, he motioned for Demyx to take cover as the two members of the Band of Seven approached.

He looks at Bankotsu, face completely serious as he replies, "Because, to be honest if you werent my brother I would be more than happy to get in said ass. It is very nice, but with us being together as siblings for so long I dont think it would work out romantically."

"Huh?" he asks to no one in particular, stretching his hand out and stopping the younger male beside him. "We're not alone brother...", the assassin whispers looking around in an attepmt to pinpoint where the sound of rustling came from.

Demyx hid alongside Saix, not fully understanding why they needed to hide but not saying a word as he froze. They had just run into the bad guys from this world and to make matters worse one of them knew they were there.

Bankotsu blushed, "Jakotsu that's kind of disturbing but I guess I'm flattered?" He stopped when the other did and drew his partner.

Saix stepped forward and tugged Demyx behind him, knowing it was useless to hide if the others knew he was there, "What buisness do you have here? Searching for shards?" He summoned Lunatic and took a defensive stance.

Bankotsu blinked, "Jakotsu am I that drunk?...That guy has BLUE HAIR!"

Kairi waved as Sora and Riku headed off in search of demon lairs to check out, then turned back to Inuyasha and party. She bowed politely. "I'll do my best to not slow you down," she stated. "So then, where's the closest shrine?"

"Where do you think we can find a demon lair?" Sora asked Riku as they walked away. There weren't any demons on Destiny Islands, so Sora hadn't the foggiest idea where to start looking. "Do they live in caves? Oh! Maybe they're like cockroaches and hide in the dark. What do you think?" Yes, Sora really had no clue.

Riku snorted, then shrugged slightly. "I don't have the slightest clue, either," he replied.

"Aw man! We should've asked back there for directions!" Sora complained, feeling like a complete idiot. "The one looked like a demon. He would've known." He looked back, but they'd already wandered quite far from the group. "Oh! I know! Riku, call Kairi! Tell her to ask them where to find demon lairs. I forgot my phone back home."

"For once, you came up with a good idea," Riku stated, pulling out his phone from his pocket. He quickly dialed the number and pressed the phone up against his ear, waiting for Kairi to pick up on the other end.

Kairi flipped her cell phone open. "Just realized you didn't know how to hunt down demon lairs, did you?" She looked at her companions. "Okay, where do you find demon lairs?"

Inuyasha frowned, "It depends on the demon obviously, birds live in high places, canines hide in caves or dens, cats....well cats are just stupid."
Kagome rolled her eyes, "That's somewhat true, and some demons like Naraku take hold of a large mansion. Shrines are normally in high places like mountains to avoid demon attacks or raids by bandits."

Kairi nodded and repeated this information to Riku. "So just think like you're looking for a lost pet. A big, snarling, evil lost pet. Have fun!" She hung up, suddenly happy that she was going to the safety of a shrine rather than into a lion's den with the boys.

Riku sighed, placing the phone back into his pocket. "I suppose we should start looking for a large mansion," he said to Sora. Riku wasn't scared at all, however, he was slightly worried about how Sora would handle this situation.

"Great! Mansions can't be that hard to find in the middle of nowhere, right?" Sora looked around, but they were in the middle of nowhere, so there was nothing to see. "Uh, which way do we go?"

Riku thought for a moment. He looked in both directions. The darkness seemed a bit stronger one way. Why didn't he think about using his sensed before?

"Let's go this way," he stated. "Come on."

Sora nodded, trusting Riku's judgement entirely. It wasn't like he knew which way to go, after all. As they travelled, things got darker. "Wow, it goes to night really quick in this world," Sora commented. If he'd been paying attention he would have realized that the sky was clouding over and there were small flashes of static lightning.

"We're getting close for sure," Riku stated as they continued their way.

As it grew darker, the scent of darkness became very overwhelming to the silver haired male. He winced slightly before summoning his Keyblade. "Keep your guard up," he instructed. "Who knows who or what we'll run into."

"M-maybe just some fluffy bunnies?" Sora asked, summoning his Keyblade and sticking closer to Riku. "Or maybe just some Shadows. Those are easy to take care of, right?"

Naraku's puppet appeared a few feet away from them, standing there and gazing, "You have a shard of the sacred jewel boys?"

"Sacred what now?" Sora repeated, confused. "Riku, I think this guy is evil. He's dressed funny. That's usually a bad sign."

Naraku's puppet let out his deep, characteristically evil chuckle of, "Ku ku ku." He smirked under the baboon pelt, "Who am I? Who are you?"
