The story of a totally clueless girl trying to help as many people as she can so that she can have her wish granted. Also known among some anime fans as the story of an autistic child.

It's a CLAMP series, and like many CLAMP series, you can spot all kinds of characters from past works hanging around and there are a million subplots going on, often including said look-alikes.
