Got around to watching the Trixie episode. The fourth wall breaking at the end cracked me up.

Yup. Pinkie needs no magic to fourth-wall break like Twilight.

I am finally caught up on season 3. I hated how Spitfire's character was written in the Wonderbolts Academy episode.

Got the comic book today. Man, was it awesome!

So many pop culture ponies! THERE ARE BLUES BROTHERS PONIES. BLUES BROTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I'm pretty sure self-pony-portraits of some of the artists on that same page.

So many pony memes, so little time. Doctor Hooves, Derpy (complete with eyes and muffins), an expression that looks suspiciously like the "Me Gusta" face...

And past episode references. THE TORTOISE IS IN THERE!

Is Derpy actually named Derpy in it?

They don't mention the name. She's back to being a background nod. One that's used quite a bit, but no name mentioned.

Season 4 has been confirmed and there shall be 26 episodes. I hope it premieres late summer since the season 3 finale is this Saturday.

I hope that the season starts early as well. I want more ponies!
