Seems like this one's going to be coming out state-side soon. I saw in an anime magazine a whole article on it. Overall, positive reviews.

So I heard that Steins;Gate and another anime, Chaos;HEAd are related. Anyone know if that's actually true?

Yeah. Steins;Gate and Chaos;Head don't seem all that related. But it looks like Robotic;Notes is going to combine elements of both.
