Friend Zone now in the Oxford Dictionary

Die people who use this sexist idea, die!
Basically, it's a thing used by guys to say that it's the girls fault for not liking him and he's perfect and she should just get over herself and strip for him.

Re: Friend Zone now in the Oxford Dictionary
Wait. Since when did the friend zone get so much hate?
Its a terrible feeling to be placed in it, and is really frustrating.
We feel its different from being rejected.
It says, to me at least:
"I like you enough to be around you and hang out with you but you're not dating material."
Its a insult of the ultimate caliber.
Spending time with the girl you like knowing she doesn't feel the same way is torture.
If I'm going wrong anywhere here, let me know.

^ "Let's just be friends" is basically, "Go away, but I'm being polite because I don't want to tell you that I find you obnoxious."
Let's put it this way. In Big Bang Theory, the guy who would use "friend zone" is Howard.
Roughly translated: "There's nothing wrong with me. It's all her being to shy/stubborn. I'm absolutely perfect. It's all because she's the problem. If she'd just sleep with me, this wouldn't be a problem." That's what friend zone is.

1. I did not know that... Girls should perhaps find a phrase that can't be misinterpreted by idiot guys. Or maybe guys should stop being idiots.
Where did you get "its her fault" from? Nothing in the definition says that. I've never heard that before this blog post.
Take it from someone who was in the friend zone for years, that's not why guys have a problem with it. We have a problem with the pain caused by being in it and the insult of being put there.
