I'm not suprised. I've been hearing about revivals of older magical girls shows.

Hopefully they make Usagi less annoying.

I doubt it. They're going to follow the manga and she's really annoying in the first arc anyway.

@ Insectie: She was a crybaby because crybabies are "cute" in Japan. But if it more closely follows the manga, then she'll have a lot more really awesome scenes.

Also, personal growth is shown really well if she starts like that.

I have to agree with Magius, I never could get into Sailor Moon at all. XD

The English dub was pretty bad.

I didn't really like the Japanese dub either, I guess I just couldn't get into the series, like I stated.

Understandable. The manga is better anyway. They're saying the new one is going to follow the manga closer, so I think it'll be better. ^^

I watched the dub. I still adored that show. One day I'll get around to watching the Japanese version.

I like it for nostalgic purposes.

I enjoyed parts, especially since I was on a magical girl kick at the time.

Kind of bummed that there hasn't been anymore news about this since the initial announcement.

What else is there to say, really? Everyone knows Sailor Moon, so there aren't really any exciting updates on the story or anything.

Yeah, but I figured maybe they'd start showing clips of the new anime and such.

Will be available for online streaming in the US with English subs! Also, Cartoon Network is considering trying to get it back to air on the Toonami block, which apparently has been back since last May...?

The Toonami block is just what they renamed Adult Swim, isn't it?

I don't exactly know how the streaming thing is going to work and what site it's going to be steaming exactly.

Probably Funimation. I think they have the original now, too.

I just looked it up and it's Toei who has the rights to release it internationally.

Good. If Funimation had it, we'd be forced to hear a Tuxedo Mask voiced by Vic Mignogna. *shudder*
