It's because some idiot went "Hey! We can get out of school this way!" and thought it would be funny. Once they figure out who did it, they'll be arrested for "Inciting Panic" which is a felony if it involves a school.

If it was for attention, the person would try to draw attention to themselves.

It sucks that Oklahoma has a closed primary system. >< Independents can't vote at all.

I seriously want to punch my partner for Japanese. She dumped things on me last minute because heaven forbid we meet up before the day before our presentation.

We're supposed to ask questions back and forth and she's only just now given me what she's asking me so that I can write up a script for us. >_<

^ I would be so ticked off. I have another group project for my stats class and there's a person in my group who never shows up to class so we decided to not even put her name on the sheet we have to turn in next week.

I'm still so mad about Santorum winning Oklahoma last night.

I'd be mad too, but considering what's been going on in Oklahoma, it's to be expected...

A lot of people are so mad. I know some who changed their party affiliation today.

I can believe it.

It seems though that the Republicans there are on the extreme side.

Yeah. The voting turnout was pretty low, though. As my friend put it, "A lot of us Republicans with common sense knew not to vote, because there's no nominee worth voting for."

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's probably unlawful for doctors to withhold information from patients. You know, what if they discover the baby has some sort of birth defect while it's still in the womb? The mother has a right to know these things and it's her choice to decide what to do afterwards.

There are so many issues with this bill...

One, upping taxes on women for getting abortions, especially those who are rape victims, is wrong. That would be like making someone who was shot in the leg pay extra for getting the bullet removed. >_>

Second, making women buy special insurance for pregnancies is like that flat tire argument...

Third, China withholds information that might cause a woman to get an abortion. Do we really want to be like China? Actually, we'd be worse because all China withholds is the gender. We'd be withholding things like, "Your baby will be born without legs or arms and three heads and will probably die in five seconds."

Four, what's this about breast cancer? That's an out-and-out lie. I never heard of a correlation and when I googled it, one of the first results was "Top 10 Abortion Myths." ...Yup. This law requires doctors to misinform patients.

Republicans are idiots.

The ones running are total dunces.

On the bright side, though, they're wasting so much time and money bashing each other that Democrats won't even have to lift a finger when the election rolls around.

I just hope that the Republicans in congress don't get their way before they get the boot. I don't want to be nothing more than a womb...

And if you think about it, if unborn babies have rights, then if they're born female, those rights will go away.

Yup yup.

*snark* This just in. Menstruation is illegal. All those eggs could have become babies! It is a woman's duty to give birth to a baby for every single one! ...That's the next thing, I'm certain.
