Madella saw the magical attack coming for her. Luckily, she was quick minded. I won't be able to dodge it. Judging by the looks of it, it's like to follow me until I'm hit. I'll raise my defense by growing dragon scales made of hard carbon around my body. She did so, that way it would help guard against the attack. She knew that she would only need enough energy to cast one magic attack and teleport back to her domain. She could seek medical attention there. I'm not going out just by myself. I'll at least cause damage to that damned Zayden Connor. She began to gather up her magic, that she knew because of her mixed breed. I'll use Unmei ketsugō. By using it Zayden will receive the same amount of damage as me. He may have faster healing system, but if he gets in vital danger, the healing process will take years off of his life. She drew back holding up her own magical power, that was in a silvery color,

"Receive the destruction that you have brought upon me, feel the pain that has been suffered so wrongly," She began, "A unmei ketsugō, formed with Zayden Conner." She said the silvery magic disappearing into the air and took into effect. She watched the attack hit her, luckily, she didn't take full damage, but she still took more then half. She slightly cried out in pain, but within the last second she disppeared using her teleportation powers,

"I'll get you Zayden Conner!! You're dead!!" Was the last echo heard.

Zayden didn't expect Madella to cast that attack upon him. He knew it was her speciality, but he didn't think that she would be able to cast it so quickly. So, he felt the same pain as Madella, but took the full blow since he didn't have his defense up. He let out a yelp of pain, before his adrienalen(sp?) kicked in. His wings wrapped around his complete body like a protective shell. His body then began to heal the damage caused to his body at six times the normal rate. Usually, the wounds would be healed to the lowest state of the wound, such as a bruise, but this would heal him completely, because vital areas were damaged. It was a useful techinque, except it cut his lifespan, which was already extremely long.

Once he was healed, his wings unfolded, and he held an apathetic look, as if nothing happened,

"Is everyone alright?"

Yuuta groaned, rubbing his lower back. He was wounded from the day before, and now he had just added a huge amount of soreness to himself,

"Wait, what about you? You sounded like you got in pain," He asked, "but I'm okay."

Keegan allowed the flames to dwindle down to nothing. He would have liked to continue to fight. Instead, he tried to silently slip out of the room without being caught.

Seraphim rushed to Zayden's side, but was surprised not to find a scratch on him. She could have healed him, if only a little. She was in bad shape as it was, but a little more wouldn't have killed her. "A-are you all right?" she asked tentatively.

Eliot grabbed Keegan by the back of his shirt collar. "And where do you think you're going?" he asked, tossing the makeshift sheild to the side. "Spill it. Who or what are you really?"

Keegan grunted slightly, trying to pull away from Eliot's grasp. "Get your filthy hands off of me you stupid dog," he stated. "I don't have to tell you all anything."

Toby rolled his eyes and pulled up his one sleeve, he punched Keegan hard across the face, careful not to harm his face too much though.... "Tell us or I'll kick your ass."

Keegan frowned, glaring at the youngest wolf with disdain. Finally, he sighed in defeat. He was clearly outnumbered and he had to get out of this eventually. He smirked slightly as his brown colored eyes began to change colors, revealing blood red hues.

"I am Keegan Auberon. Crowned prince of the Dark Fae Kingdom and future overseer over the Unseelie Court."

"Z-Zayden?" His lack of response was starting to frighten Seraphim. Maybe he had internal injuries she couldn't see? Was he in terrible shape? She had to do something, but what?

"Fae?" Eliot repeated blankly. "Like... fairy? I don't believe you." Of course, considering he himself was a werewolf, it made perfect sense that there'd be more nonhuman creatures out there.

"Yes, Ignorant Puppy, like a fairy," Keegan replied, clearly annoyed. "I don't understand why Rena would hang around someone as stupid as you," he muttered.

When he heard Toby's reaction, he glared at the young wolf angrily. "It is not funny! Shut up, Runt!" he spat.

Keegan rolled his eyes and finally broke free from Eliot's grasp. He turned to face Eliot, glaring. "I suggest you stay away from her," he stated coldly before turning to Toby. "You better watch out," he threatened before turning to leave.

Zayden blinked a few times before finally responding. His adrienalin(sp?) Had finally slowed down, making him much calmer and relaxed. He looked down at Seraphim, since she was shorter then he,

"No, I'm quite fine. A tengu's regeneration process is quite immediate when a vital injury is inflicted," He said, leaving out the fact that it took off of his lifespan. He then looked over to Rose, who appeared to be confused, "Madella casted a spell known as unmei ketsugō, which translates to Destiny Bond. Whomever she casts it on gets the same damage she takes for a short period of time."

Once Yuuta was sure everyone was alright, he got up, entering the halls. He was heading to the Nurse's office to lay down for a bit. He decided that resting would be nice for a while. He figured he must have pulled a muscle in his leg, because he had to walk with a limp. He passed a classroom that Aden was him, he glanced over in it as he was walking. It appeared to be a chemistry class. He finally arrived at the Nurse's office and laid down on a cot.

"So you're okay?" Seraphim breathed a sigh of relief. She'd been so worried. "Thank goodness." She then heard the bell for the end of class. Now she'd be in trouble on top of everything. There was no way the teachers would believe she'd been kidnapped by a demonic student and that it had required a bunch of her classmates had had to rescue her.

They'd had to rescue her, and most of them had been injured in the process. She turned to the others. "I'm so sorry. This is my fault. I shouldn't have believed her."

"You stay away from her," Eliot snapped at Keegan's retreating figure. "Creepy stalker," he murmured before turning to the others, especially Seraphim. "We're okay. Nothing too serious. Just bumps and bruises. We'll all be fine by tomorrow."

Aden looked up as the bell rang, just in time to spot Yuuta walk by. So he did show up, he thought, collecting his things. Aden wondered if he could keep being nosy or do as Yuuta asked and stay out of his business. I'll see how he's doing, he decided.

Zayden noticed that she seemed to have a few thoughts on her mind. He wondered what in the world they could be. If he could do something to assist in solving problems in those thoughts, he would gladly,

"That girl, Madella, was after me, so I hold gratitude for those who helped. She actually isn't an "ex-girlfriend". She was the bride for the marriage my parents arranged. At the time, I was in love with someone else, so I never showed up. Of course, that someone else passed away back...three hundred years ago? Yes, I believe three hundred years ago..." He explained, then turned to Seraphim,

"Do you want me to take you to you're next class?"

Yuuta then noticed that there was a radio resting up on the window ledge. He decided that the halls were too noisey, even with the door shut. So he leaned over to the radio, clicking it on and began to look for a station he wanted to. That's when he found a song he liked playing on the radio, on "The Lake". He laid down, his eyes closed once more. When his favorite lyrics came on he stated them in unison,

"Burn me at the stake met the devil made the deal for it, guillotine dreams ya they're guillotine gleams, the blood of they're enemies watching while they sentence me, sentencing ceased, sentence deceased and watch them bask in the glory of their holy disease." He then sighed, he wish he wasn't so sore. He reached into his pocket, pulling out then swallowing seven pills. The most he usually took.

"Yes, thank you," Seraphim replied to the offer to escort her to class. She was definitely feeling the wounds she'd taken away from the others.

As they walked, she couldn't help but think about what Zayden had said. He'd been in love with someone three-hundred years ago. How could Zayden still be alive? Did tengu live that long? Seraphim didn't know. "I'm sorry," she whispered after a while. "None of this would have happened if I hadn't been so stupid and followed her."

"I'm just glad none of us were toasted," Eliot replied, shrugging off the praise and thanks. "See you guys at lunch, probably." And with that, he headed off to class.

Zayden walked her to her next class and to lunch. He sat down at a table, looking up at the ceiling apathetically, he was staring at a pencil that had gotten lodged into the ceiling,

"What an interesting sight," He said before returning to gaze to Seraphim, that's when an annoucement came over the PA:

"Attention students! The yearly trip to Washington DC is in exactly one month. All students planning to attend must sign up. Students who are unable to pay for their trip are advised to participate in the fundraiser. All sign-ups are during lunch and on a first come first serve basis, as well as picking up the cookies to sell. Thank you."

"Define fundraiser."

Even though Yuuta was still at the Nurse's office, he heard the announcement. Since he was a Jr, he had heard this annoucement every year. He probably wouldn't go, since there was no way he'd be caught selling for the fundraiser, plus, he had no money to pay for such a trip.

"A trip to DC? That sounds like fun!" Seraphim said excitedly. She'd never gone out of town before because of her father, so anywhere would be exciting. "Are you going to go?" she asked Zayden, and she would ask Rena when she arrived as well.

When Eliot heard the word 'fundraiser,' he knew what he would be doing. He'd be buying a box of whatever from everyone selling and give them as gifts to his servants. They deserved something nice for putting up with him, plus he'd be doing his part in helping a bunch of people go on a trip. He'd be going too, probably, if it wasn't over the full moon. He'd have to check.

He went over to Seraphim and Zayden, hoping he'd be invited to join them at their table. "So you guys planning to go?"

Aden scooped up his lunch and headed over to the nurse's office to check up on Yuuta. He wasn't sure why he was so interested, but he wanted to make sure the loser ate something. "Here," he said a little gruffly, holding out a sandwich.

"I'm going! Well, I hope so," Rena stated once she made it over to the table. "I probably wouldn't have to do the fundraiser, but I don't think my dad could pay for the both of us. We should do the fundraiser together, Seraphim," she suggested happily.

"That would be a lot of fun. And we could make a lot of money that way, I bet." Seraphim didn't realize that most of the school would be fundraising, though, and that that would cut into profits a lot. "We might even get to go for free!"
